One page structured Abstract with experimental findings on A4 size paper should be submitted on or before November 25, 2011. Abstracts for oral and poster presentation should be in Arial narrow font in A4 format leaving 2.5 cm on the top and bottom & 3.0 cm as left and right margins. The title (font size 14) should be bold and capital followed by Author’s name(s) and affiliation in italics (font size 12), followed by email ID (font size 10) of the presenting author. The presenting author should be underlined. The abstract should follow single spacing (font size 11) in Arial narrow font. References should be placed at the bottom. The abstract should not exceed one page.

Following the acceptance of the Abstract, the paper has to be submitted. It should be original one, not submitted/published elsewhere. The paper should contain original results with definite conclusions. Authors are requested to restrict to six A4 size pages including text, references, figures and tables, typed in Times New Roman Font (12 size) with double line spacing. At least one of the authors should be registered for the Conference. A registered delegate is permitted to present one paper only. The paper(s) received without the registration fee will not be included in the conference scientific programme. The delegates are requested strictly to adhere to the above guidelines.

For poster presentation, the max. poster size (portrait format) is 100 x 140 cm. Please make sure that the poster is well structured and the text is not too long. It should be readable in less than 2-3 minutes. Illustrations, figures and tables are highly recommended as main information source. Letters should be large enough to be read from 3m (10 feet) distance. During the poster sessions at least one of the registered authors should be present at the poster to discuss with the audience.
